HYPOHYDRATON AFFECTS SKILLED PERFORMANCE

The effect of hypohydration on bowling characteristics in sub-elite medium to fast bowlers (N = 7) was investigated. Ss performed under normal and dehydrated conditions. It was found that hypohydration did not affect bowling velocity but it did affect skilled performance.

Implication. Dehydration affects bowling accuracy in cricket players.
