This workshop discusses modern training theory as it pertains to session, microcycle, and macrocycle overloads. The potential error of developing excessive fatigue is discussed. The measurement of individual training responses, an appropriate coach-implementable tool, and coaching decisions in light of measurements are discussed. Participants should leave the workshop confident about using the materials and tools presented.
