SCIENTIFIC SWIMMING IN THE 21ST CENTURY: A 3-DAY WORKSHOP

red line

This workshop was originally offered as the Level 2 Coaching Certification Course for swimming in Australia. It covers the curriculum of the course but its content is continually updated. There is an assumption that participants will have basic swimming and sport science knowledge so that new developments can be treated in-depth and with application. The 3-day format is designed for 3-day holiday weekends or spreading the course over two weekends.

Prospective Audience

Advanced coaches and students of human movement studies and exercise science.
