World champion athletes think and do certain things which enhance their performances. This presentation describes in detail the characteristics, attitudes, mind control activities, and behaviors that are necessary to be a champion. If athletes attempt to think and act like champions then the likelihood of achieving their potential and winning is increased. This workshop is frequently given to national teams around the world.
