It was found that coaches perceived team climate as more ideal and less in need of changes than athletes.
Implication. Consistent, periodical psychological analyses are necessary to understand the group dynamics of teams. A coach should not rely only on his/her perceptions and opinions of the team atmosphere because they are likely to be erroneous.
