The types and content of strategies used with biomechanical/technique elements in a performance are particularly individual. Although an activity may appear to be similar, the thought processes underlying performance are unique to each athlete.
Implication. When suggesting how to structure a performance strategy, the content of the technique elements should be chosen entirely by the athlete so that individuality and unique interpretation of the control of the skill can be accommodated.
