AN ASSESSMENT FORM FOR TOURS, TRIPS, AND CAMPS

Deserving swimmers are often selected for trips, camps, and tours. Those events are more than likely supervised by coaches other than the home club's coach. It is helpful for the home coach to have a relatively valid and pertinent assessment of the swimming activities that occurred.

The following assessment form is designed to provide the home coach with important information about features of the experience of swimmers when away from their care. Readers should feel free to download this form and reformat it as they feel necessary.
