NASAL DILATORS DO NOT IMPROVE RECOVERY FROM ANAEROBIC WORK

Following a now familiar trend, it was found that recovery from anaerobic exercise is not enhanced by the use of an external nasal dilatory.

Implication. Nasal dilators do not affect recovery from anaerobic exercise.
